Service Agreement

By engaging Heritage Wedding Vows for wedding planning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include wedding planning, coordination, vendor management, and related consultation services.

Booking and Payments

• A deposit is required to secure your wedding date and services

• Payment schedules will be outlined in your service contract

• Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding date

• Late payments may result in service modifications or cancellation

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 180 days before the event: 50% refund of payments made

• Cancellations 90-179 days before: 25% refund of payments made

• Cancellations less than 90 days before: No refund available

• Vendor deposits and non-refundable expenses are not included in refunds

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and timely responses

• Making final decisions within agreed timeframes

• Ensuring guest behavior and venue compliance

• Reviewing and approving all plans before implementation

Limitation of Liability

Heritage Wedding Vows liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, weather conditions, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Heritage Wedding Vows is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, venue closures, or other force majeure events.

Every wedding is unique, and results may vary based on budget, venue, timing, and client preferences. Past performance and showcased events do not guarantee identical results for future weddings.
